No. All Hivive plans are month-to-month with no lock-in contract. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime from your dashboard.

Hivive runs on the iPads and Android tablets you already own. If you're starting fresh, our all-in-one hardware bundle (from $1,099) includes a terminal, stand, card reader and receipt printer — everything pairs automatically.

Yes. The Pro plan supports multi-venue management, so you can share menus, compare performance and manage staff across locations from a single dashboard. Pro is billed per venue.

Most venues take their first order within a week. You can build your menu yourself in an afternoon, or send it to our team and we'll load it for you. Support is available one-to-one during business hours on the Pro plan.
